Shipping & Delivery Policy Our endeavor is to ensure product reaches you at the shortest possible time. As the products we deal with are tailor made for every customer as per their requirement, we have below time lines which will be followed at all times ( Order ready time: 1-2 Working Days —- Dispatch Time: 1-2 Working Days —- Delivered Time : 7-10 Working Days )  

We could offer the above products a day earlier. But we use that day to ensure we send across a product which is of the Highest Quality. We care for your eyes.  

We always use the best whether it is raw materials for the eyeglasses or the courier or transport services. All our products are shipped through Air Cargo for customer who are not in the base area. Base Area is 200 kms in and around our manufacturing plant.  

We don’t charge any thing from our customers towards shipping charges currently. As and when we wish to collect shipping or delivery charges from the customer, we will inform the same at the time of booking or order placement to the customer.  

Terms of Shipping in case of Pin codes Non serviceable 1) Non serviceable pin codes are sent through Speedpost. 2) Royalson.in would not be liable to any delays in delivery. 3) Normal delivery & refund schedule will not be applicable for goods sent through Speedpost. 4) In case non serviceable Pin codes, returns would have to be initiated by the customer themselves.  

Ristrication Applicable on Discount / Flash Sale 1.Max quantity allowed per user to buy under any sale period is two quantity. 2.All sale / discount pricing is applicable to customers only, any trader who buys during this offer will not be eligible for discount  /  sale prices. 3.Royal Son reserve the rights to cancel the orders in case we find out that the product is not bought by end consumer  4.For products bought under sale if returned – shipping charges will be not be returned.
