Return and Refund Policy
We’ll happily refund your purchase if you’re not absolutely satisfied, within 7 days of delivery. Must be in original condition with original case and tags in which they were sent. Anything received after 7 days or not in original condition may not be eligible for refund/exchange.
We need your Order ID and Product images as you received ( we need physical product images in return request submission ), and also return reason as feedback.
We will arrange return from our side.
And once it will pick up from your address, our team will check and arrange your refund money within 48 hours of pickup on shared UPI ID or Other Payment Receiving Details.
Kindly share your UPI ID or UPI QR code to process your refund quickly.
Return pickup will be done with in 24 to 72 hours if pickup is not done in 3 days, do not worry our team will escalate this from their side and arrange it accordingly.
If you have a query about a wrong, damaged, quality, or size issue, you need to inform us within 3 days of the delivery date.
Please Note: After the return was raised by us delivery partner take effort to deliver your order 3 times to your address. If the return is not picked up in 1 time then we will raise it 2nd time. If you want 3rd time then we will charge 150 Rs for the return attempt. we give you 2 times free return pickup facility. After 2nd time you will charged for pickup. If a return is not picked up in 2 attempts we will cancel your return order and not give you a refund except the prepaid orders.
Exchange Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.
Customers can exchange products only 1 time. 2nd time exchange is not allowed.
